The documentation needed to change ownership is:
- Agreement between two parties.
- Verification document of both parties.

Steps of Ownership Transfer-
- Both parties must have access to the domain profile / create if there is no 2nd party domain profile.
- The 1st party, with all required documents, will send the request to the 2nd party for the ownership change.
- BTCL Admin will verify ownership request and generate invoice.
- The 2nd party will pay the price according to the invoice.

To register a .বাংলা or .bd domain, you need to open a profile https://bdia.btcl.com.bd with the appropriate document and upload required documents:

- National Identity Card
- Trade License/ Approval Letters/ Forwarding Letters/ RJSC Certificate etc.

1. --The Reseller must provide valid National ID (NID) of its authorized signatory.
2. --The Reseller must provide a valid i) Trade License/ incorporation certificate ii) Tax Identification Number (TIN), iii) VAT Registration iv) Updated Income Tax Clearance and Vat Certificate 
3. --BASIS membership or membership of other recognized ICT/telecom associations.
4. --An updated Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) report
5. --An updated independent IT Audit Report covering security controls, data handling, and compliance with BTCL technical obligations.
